The kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor are shared with the landlord, an 18-year-old, and a small dog. Waterborne heating in all floors. Central in the center of Øyer. A few minutes to shops, bus, sports field, skate park, basketball court, golf course, Hafjell, Hunderfossen, Lilleputthammer and charging stations for electric cars.
