There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) The cottage is filled with all the amenities that will make you feel at home. The cottage has one queen bed and the sofa bed is perfect for children. Also a pack and play for little ones. The cottage is perfect for two but will suit 4.
