Guest House on 3 acres

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Orange, Texas it is only 1/2 mile to I-10. We are on the border of Texas & LA and midway between lake Charles, LA and Beaumont, TX. We are in a very quiet, private neighborhood with one entry road. It is a safe place for a morning walk. Enjoy a very large circle driveway at the main house, and a beautiful walk way through the side gate to the Guest House in the back property. The Guest House is separate from the main house.

Take it easy at this unique property getaway. Built in 1925, this beautiful home has a lot of its original details and charm including creeky doors and hardwood floors, lots of original windows and it even has a working elevator. Quiet historic neighborhood with the Ocean Cannal and Seawall 1 short block away. *** This house is haunted but the spirits are very freindly and a bit mischievous ** However, if you don't want them to be near you, just tell them and they will leave you alone.
