The property has a deep woods getaway vibe, but you are only minutes from access to Gun Lake, Gun Lake Casino, Bay Pointe Inn, Bittersweet Ski Resort, wineries, and all that West Michigan has to offer. The house sits on a hill overlooking Lime Lake and Fish Lake. Both lakes are surrounded by pristine wetlands that are part of the Yankee Springs recreation area. The property does not have lake access. Each bedroom is air conditioned.

Have fun with the whole family or wedding party guests at this totally redone ranch. Afro/modern meets farm house! Celebrate in style around a 10 ft island on 2+ acres. No lake access from property, but it's a short half mile walk to Bay Pointe Resort and close to Gun Lake boat launches. Get ready to attend a wedding or Gun Lake Live in this 3 bed, 2.5 bath house. Lots of parking and large yard for games and kids to play. Gas grill and tables on the 600ft back deck, fire pit and more!

Gun Lake Sunset HQ - fire pit & private dock

Relax with the family at this historic stone cottage. Create new memories on around the fire pit. While relaxing on the lake you have access to stand up paddle boards/kayaks & floats. Easy access to public boat launch (we can help you rent a boat or bring yours) 2 bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a lovely sleeping porch. Close to Bay Pointe Inn (live music every Wednesday!) Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

If you want a quick get away, or a long peaceful vacation. Come stay with us at our studio apartment! Enjoy everything Gun Lake has to offer from swimming, fishing, or boating and live music. Boat rentals are also available from several places around the lake. If you are here for an event at The Bay Pointe, it is only a 4 minute drive away. Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

The Eppstein House is a rare architectural gem situated in the same region as Wright’s Meyer May House in Grand Rapids, the Gilmore Car Museum in Hickory Corners, and the lovely beach town of South Haven.
