Great townhouse complex, quiet, easy walk to the restaurant and low rise hotels

During our trip, we stayed at two locations: the Hilton and later at Judy’s Place. At the Hilton, the standout features were the breakfast and its close proximity to restaurants and the bustling area. However, most of the notable amenities were found at Judy's Place. Judy’s Place was incredible and exceptionally comfortable. My family absolutely loved our stay there. For those considering a visit to Aruba, I recommend staying at Eagle Beach and renting a car, Judy’s Place proved to be an excellent choice. The place featured: -Close proximity to the beach -Ample space for a family of up to 4 members -A pleasant community pool that was often uncrowded -Complimentary parking -An excellent grill (a significant highlight for Brazilians) -A generous welcome kit upon arrival, including beers -Top-notch air conditioning (crucial in Aruba’s heat!) -A cozy and inviting ambiance -An efficient washer and dryer -A fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.

This is a wonderful home in a safe, pristine community. We enjoyed being so close to some of the best beaches in Aruba-- just a couple of minutes by car from incredible snorkeling and a short drive from wind and kite surfing opportunities at Fisherman's Huts. The house was impeccably well equipped with all the essentials (coffee grinder, toaster, grill (a well equipped kitchen generally) snorkel gear, extra beach towels, beach chairs). We really liked being able to spend a few hours at the beach and then come back and use one of the community's 3 private swimming pools-- or just sun bathe in the back patio. The larger private pool has a cool view of a nature preserve and a really good attached bar/restaurant. When we come back to Aruba, I'd love to stay here again.

since Elgi this house Petra answered all my questions, always waiting to answer everything. On arrival to the house until I had decorated it. on bobos and pennants knowing that uo was years old in a few days. The order and cleanliness of the house are perfect, The equipment of the house is more than enough, it has to the last detail, absolutely nothing is missing to spend a super comfortable stay in the family. I only have words of thanks for Petra who was always available. the neighborhood is beautiful and is right in front of the complex pool, in the afternoon we came from the beach and we could continue to enjoy in the pool. The house is very comfortable and Petra is the best host. Thank you ✨️

Perfect place to stay in Aruba, all you need is a rental vehicle to go to downtown which is a 5 minute drive if you which to go there. Beach 5 minute walk. Perfect place, perfect beach and private pool. Rental is recommended so you can move around instead of paying 5 dollars for a taxi or more each way depends where you going.

Manuel was a great host. We had problems with the airline cancelling and rescheduling our flights, which required changes to the booking. This is the kind of problem that can be expensive and a pain if you need to find other temporary accomodations. Manuel was quickly responsive and so helpful. We really appreciated his support and in the end we had a hassle free vacation. The condo was perfect for our needs. We were 2 couples, and the 2 bedrooms each had their private baths which is very nice when travelling with friends. Nice terase, grounds and pool. Location is great. Quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and easy walk to many restaurants. We had an awesome vacation in Aruba!

I have stayed in different airb&b in Aruba and found that Enzo’s place tops the list. Very spacious, clean and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enzo and Miss Chantal were very attentive. Mil gracias, Enzo!

We had a lovely stay at Rafael’s condo in Noord! Very close to lots of restaurants and not a far drive from the airport or downtown area. Rafael’s home was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had plenty of towels, hot water, and a kitchen fully stacked with utensils and amenities. AC worked great. Also loved the access to washer and dryer inside the home. The complex has 3 pools, a hot tub, Clubhouse, and gym as well. We had one small issue with the dryer not working but Rafael answered promptly and sent someone immediately to check on the issue and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Overall loved this stay and highly recommend!

The condo is spacious, well equipped, great location, great amenities, and exactly as advertised. The photos are representative of the condo. The property managers are very friendly, knowledgeable and were quick to respond to all our queries! Definitely would recommend a car if you’re planning on traveling all over the island but taxis are reasonable as well. We spent a month here and loved every minute of it!!💕

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the stunning Eagle Beach. The house itself is super modern and situated in a well-maintained complex with a beautiful pool and a lovely green space. It was incredibly comfortable for the eight of us, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay: high-quality bed linens and towels for both personal use and the pool, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch cookware and utensils. Additionally, the house comes with great beach essentials, including lounge chairs and a convenient rolling cooler, making beach trips effortless. Franklin, our host, was extremely kind and responsive, answering all our questions with great attention. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this house and Aruba Home Minders. They truly know how to provide guests with the best experience!

Casa de Pauline is a great “Home away from Home”! Very clean and decorated very nice! The rental of Pauline’s Nissan Cube is an added benefit! Pauline is great to deal with and very very friendly ! Gold Coast villas has a great location, friendly security and beautiful pools!

The property is new, beautifully maintained, and the rooms are both cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen stands out with high-quality fittings, a full range of cookware, cutlery, and tableware—perfect for those who enjoy preparing meals. I highly recommend renting a car to fully explore and enjoy the surrounding area. While the property is located in a developing neighborhood with ongoing construction (as noted in the listing), we found it to be minimally disruptive during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is the narrow, curved staircase leading to the upper floor. It may be challenging for elderly guests or individuals with limited mobility.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Le Vent in townhouse 11. This was our first trip to Aruba and I did hours and hours of research before picking Le Vent. We specifically picked the townhouses at the back for extra privacy which we appreciated. The unit comes stocked fully with all items needed such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, towels, sheets, Etc, honestly the list goes on and on. Check-in was very quick and we were given a tour upon arrival into the unit and they also provided us a large booklet including how to instructions as well as recommendations. The friendly staff at Prestige vacations also booked us our rental car through Top Drive which was seamless, they came and picked us up and dropped us off. After being in Aruba and checking out the other condos and Resorts around us we still feel like Le Vent is the best location on Eagle Beach! 100% will stay here again & we're excited for our next visit in 2026!

Aurum provided lovely accommodations at Gold Coast Villas. We felt very much at home and the location is a short drive to the coast, Arashi Beach and the California Lighthouse. I'd definitely stay again! Note that while they do provide chairs for the beach, you'll need to bring your own beach towels.

This is an amazing condo with a pool steps from the back door and Eagle Beach very close. Everyone we worked with was helpful, kind and accommodating. Although this is in a condo complex, we found it to feel super private and often even had the pool to ourselves. But it is also in close proximity to all of the other things we wanted to do on the island. The beach is definitely within walking distance, but since we had an infant with us, we found it easier to drive since we were hauling a number of items. There was always parking at the park at the end of the street, and there is a small bar/restaurant on the beach there as well. When we go back, we will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. It was nice to have a space out back where we could have drinks and coffee in the morning. We ate at the clubhouse for dinner one night and the hamburgers were delicious. The pool across the street from our unit was pristine and quiet. The security people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here. Hope to come back.

Perfection from start to finish !! This property was absolutely amazing. Initially there was a problem with the AC where a lizard had climbed in to the AC unit outside and tripped the electric, so there might have been an issue to check in for the first night, which I expressed my inconvenience due to long travelling from the uk to arrive with my wife and 4 year old son. They assured me an alternative property on palm beach was available for one night stay which we hoped that wouldn’t be the case as we arrived late also.. however Rolando my host and the team went above and beyond at resolving the problem to make sure me and my family would check in on the night . Thank you Rolando and the Team👏🏻 they were outstanding and responsive ! The property was amazing , clean , modern , pristine and in a lovely safe neighbourhood. Suitable for family’s and taking in to consideration the people that live in the nieghbourgood also. We will definitely return next year.

The best place to stay in for our vacation! Me, my husband and our friends had a wonderful time together. The place is beautiful and modern , everything is clean and new. They even provide us beach chairs and towels which is amazing. Everything we needed exists and if you need extra stuff , you can request them from the office and they provided it to you very quick . The host is very responsive and helpful, make it easy for us to enjoy our stay. We definitely will come again! Thank you for the great time and great service.

Alessandro’s place was spotless and just like the photos! I was thrilled to find coolers and beach chairs to use. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, was thrilled to find Tupperwares; they came in handy when packing snacks for my kids on the go. I’ll definitely recommend his place and be staying there next time we’re back in Aruba!

We absolutely loved our unit at Tuscany Residence! Luxurious, spotless, spacious, well-appointed decor, everything you could need in a kitchen, comfy beds, multiple outdoor spaces, laundry, walking distance to beaches, chairs, towels, cooler...Kevin thought of everything! We booked at the last minute and were so glad we were able to stay here. Will definitely recommend and hope to stay again. One thing to note: the Air B and B site posted the price in AFL but we were charged that same amount in USD. For what you get, it was still a fair price. Can't wait to see how the rest of the development progresses!
