In the heart of Auvergne, a beautiful apartment, spacious, very bright, on the top floor of a small residence. Secure entrance. Private garage (note: large vehicles do not fit in the garage), free public parking right next door. Nearby: a gas station, a supermarket, a pharmacy. A 7-minute walk from the city center of Issoire, the train station and all the shops. Close to exits 11 and 12 of the A75, to the Allier, in the heart of the 2 regional parks of Volcans and Livradois Forez.
