Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir dans notre petit gîte cosy de 35 m², situé dans une annexe de notre propriété. Situé à 20 km du lac du Der, le logement comporte 2 terrasses dont une couverte pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir. Le gîte est totalement indépendant et dispose de son intimité (pas de vis des fenêtres à vis par rapport à la maison des propriétaires attenante). Vous pourrez profiter du jardin de 3500 m² (partagé avec nous). Vous pouvez déplacer le mobilier de jardin.

Enjoy with family this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. This internally renovated single-story house is located in a quiet area of a flowery village between Saint Dizier and Vitry Le François. Lac du Der with beaches and attractions is 10 minutes away. Nancy, Reims and Troyes are an hour away. You can enjoy the village's walking and mountain biking trails and admire the old washhouse. A communal area with games and petanque court is 50 m from the house.

The name of the cottage comes from the emblematic grape variety of our vineyard and the 310 species of birds that can be seen in the Lake Der region.
