Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

Upstairs (25m2) there is a double bed, two single beds and a toilet. To the city center it is 2 km, 300 meters to the university, 600 meters to the nearest grocery store and 2 km to Gustavsvik.
