My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly received by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with a lovely swimming pool among the olive trees and it is really equipped with all comforts. The charger for the electric car is also very nice. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village, 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also a great option. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the wonderful time in your beautiful home.

The stay was really a dream and even better than we imagined. Antonella took care of everything, was always super friendly and had a recommendation for everything. The location of the property is great, you can also quickly walk to shopping or the city. The guest house has everything you could wish for, was super clean and well equipped. The garden and the pool were also in excellent condition and simply fantastic. We would definitely visit again

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places and my time in Italy was absolutely wonderful. I adored reading in the hammock and loved their cat! Monica and Franco are fabulous. Grazie Mille!

We spent a week with Lina with our three daughters (11, 14 and 14) and were totally thrilled. The apartment is in great shape and was super clean. Everything is available in terms of amenities. Lina's in-laws still live in the house, who take care of everything and are really totally accommodating, helpful and friendly. The pool is for sole use and has saved us through the hot days. On the terrace, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning coolness and let the evening come to an end as soon as it gets a little cooler. We can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

Apartment and garden with swimming pool equipped with all the necessary comforts. We could say we felt spoiled! We also liked the mosquito nets not mentioned in the ad! In just over half an hour, we could reach Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa, which we visited along with a few small villages in the hills near the apartment. The available, non-intrusive owners made our stay pleasant, we really felt like welcome guests.

This is one of the most beautiful spots on this planet! The house is in tiny hillside village with a breathtaking view. It is very well located between Lucca and Pisa, which allowed us to explore the Tuscan countryside. The kitchen is quite spacious and each morning we ate outside looking over the hills. We feel grateful for our sweet time at Francesca's place. Everything was perfect. Francesca is lovely and helpful. I will definitely come back - and hopefully in the near future. Thank you for your care and thoughtfulness.

The place is really in a fantastic location. Quiet and surrounded by olive trees. By car, you can reach Pescia in 10 minutes, where there is also a larger train station with a Park and Ride parking lot. From there, we took the train to Florence. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The house is very cozily furnished and you have everything you need. Deborah is really a great host - warm and you feel totally welcome. When we arrived, we already found small things in the refrigerator as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. Deborah also likes to make recommendations for the area and is extremely helpful! Thank you for the great holiday, we will definitely be back!

We had a great week with Giovanna and Antonio. They are both very nice, helpful and always available for questions. The house is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The shared garden is beautiful and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day. Lucca is about 10 minutes away by car and Pisa and Florence are also easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place. Thanks for the great time :-)

Igor has a very beautiful place. He was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, attractions and where to park. He also helped us with making reservations at restaurants as we don't speak Italian. If you are staying in the area, you won't go wrong with this place.

Beautiful place. Clotilde is friendly and helpful. Tranquil large garden and fantastic pool. Great for kids, our one year old loved running around in the grass. Excellent kitchen for cooking at home. Location is very convenient to Lucca and some charming small towns. The Esselunga in Pescia (10 min drive) is one of the best supermarkets I’ve ever seen.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. Rarely had such a nice hostess. As a welcome, there was a Tuscan specialty prepared by Domenica herself In the 2nd week, a homemade pizza and homemade jam as a farewell gift 👍 I can only recommend all of this 100% And what is particularly worth mentioning: the PEACE

A beautiful property perfect for two families with children. First, the positive: A huge clean pool, about 50m2 (so to speak), depth about 1.2m. Plenty of space in the house and in front. A great gazebo that protects you from the sun by the pool. The house has everything you need, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc. There was only a kettle missing. After my question to the owner if there is a kettle somewhere, it was bought and delivered to our house the next day, so great! You can see that the owner takes care of his guests.🙂 Air conditioning in every room works great Baby items: cot, changing table, baby bath Cons - the location of the house does not allow for walks because it is far from the village - Altopascio ok 3-3.5km, and there is almost no sidewalk, I did not dare to go anywhere with a stroller (but it is also a plus because the yard is full of privacy, there are actually no neighbors) - the house was cleaned for our arrival, but the floor in the living room was only vacuumed, not washed

An absolute dream in Buti We were very lucky to spend a few days with Giorgia and her husband - and what can we say? It was just perfect. We were enchanted at the first sight of the house. The beautiful natural stone house is full of history and charm. The surroundings are simply fantastic. The house is quietly and idyllically located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by olive tree plantations, with a view of wooded hills - a scene like from a picture book. Giorgia and her husband are fantastic hosts. From the first moment, they welcomed us with a warmth that is rarely found. They were always available, helpful, and at the same time reserved – exactly the right balance. You can feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. Small attentions and personal recommendations for the region have also enriched our stay. Thank you very much, Giorgia!

Nicola is more than just a host. He was our friend and helper. He responded to all our wishes and concerns in a caring and quick manner. You felt well taken care of. The communication was familiar, uncomplicated and very friendly. We received valuable insider tips from Nicola about the region and spent our stay like locals. On top of that, we were surprised with fresh plums and a bottle of Prosecco. The accommodation is very clean and there is an indescribably cozy atmosphere. The natural stones make the indoor climate very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the mattress is well stored. There is plenty of parking on the private property and it is very safe. In general, the property is very well maintained, inviting and well connected. The next excellent pasticceria is within walking distance. There are also restaurants. For the next trip to Tuscany, there is no way around Nicola's accommodation.
