Super cozy villa apartment close to Copenhagen

Welcome to our villa apartment, where we have been discerning for details and coziness. The apartment is furnished on the first floor of our villa with room for 3 (4) guests. Our family lives on the ground floor. The apartment consists of one large room, with a nice double bed, a sofa bed, neat kitchen, a large bathroom and a large balcony. Our house is located in Bagsvärd, 12 km from Copenhagen C, close to Nordsjaelland. The bus drives right outside the door - 15-minute walk to S-train - and the possibility to park for free at the sidewalk.

Best location by Køge Bay

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay overlooking Copenhagen. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking can be done both upstairs and downstairs in relation to the property.

Overnight on the water

Enjoy a stay in a true Danish classic, designed in 1966 built in 1973. This boat is built in fiberglass, with interiors in Teak and mahogany with a focus on spaciousness. Enjoy life on the stern deck and evening coziness in the salon. It is possible to heat the boat if it gets chilly at night. Food can't be heated on board. There is a fridge, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and service. Towels, tea towels, and linens are ready upon arrival. There are coffee pods, toilet paper, and hand soap.

The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simpler dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge zone as well as dining area and barbeque. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
