Holiday rentals with a pool in Orient Bay

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It's an amazing location, with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. The room has everything you need with a very responsive/helpful host! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay on the French side and Saint Martin in general.

Mon meilleur logement à Saint-Martin sur 4 logements visités. Emma est génial, le logement est propre, beau, adapté, moderne et équipé. Jolie balcon avec vue sur le piscine, la montagne et plus loin sur l’Ilet Pinel. Lotissement sécurisé, place de parking devant l’appartement, très jolie piscine de résidence. Accueil chaleureux, hôte super flexible et accueillant. Wifi, équipements, kit de bienvenue : top Le quartier Cul de sac est super proche de l’aéroport (en voiture) de Grand Case RAS Félicitations pour ce logement Emma 😉👍🏾

Florence was a great host. The place was just as described, clean and had everything you need, in a great convenient location, within walking distance (5 min) to the beach and restaurants.

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

This place hit all the buttons for us!! We travel to relax so the location is perfect with peace and quiet to read on the balcony and beaches a 5 minute walk away. The decor and furnishings were modest and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need and owner has nice beach equipment to be used. We loved to open the downstairs bathroom window and rear balcony door which created a pleasantly cool draft despite temps that were warm outside. The bedroom was very comfortable as also the bed. Bedroom has plenty of spce for clothes storage if on extended stays! Everything is close to walk. Lots of restaurants! We are not big fans of A/C so we only turned it on when going to bed set at 23C/24C, as we don't like cold temps. However it does get cold fast!! Also to be noted for those who love cold, the A/C is only in the bedroom not downstairs in entertainment area. We liked this place so much that we are already making plans to stay here on all Future visits to St Martin!

Nice place to stay. Was here for a week and enjoyed my time. I spent most of the time on the balcony. I appreciated that it stayed out of the direct sunlight. And most importantly had a good view of the ocean. I would stay again.

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

Très bien situé au nord, vous aurez de la tranquillité mais Il faut une voiture. Une semaine n’a pas suffit!! La piscine était quasi à nous!!! Jet ski à 5 mn et petite plage. Chemin des froussard à faire avec un pique-nique et des chaussures de marche👍.
