We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is perfect and very quiet. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful. He welcomed us warmly and was available for questions throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay and an accommodating host. Great stay! Khalil and Rihab were very attentive and available to us. The apartment is in a good location. Air conditioning is only in the living room, but that didn't stop us from having a great stay and a great experience!

Lo accommodation is in line with the photos, clean, comfortable, functional and fully air-conditioned.. Abdelhak is a responsive host who is welcoming and discreet during the stay. The accommodation is located a 15min drive from the main town, Nador and 30min from the airport. The place is peaceful and very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend it for a family trip.

Very nice stay! The sea view from the terrace is beautiful. Privacy is guaranteed, we were able to fully enjoy the apartment as well as the large terrace. Although the owners live on the ground floor, they are very discreet. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood to rest, close to the Sfiha Sea. The city center, which is more lively, is about fifteen minutes by car. Private and secure parking is a big advantage. Looking forward to staying there again!

Yousef's place is beautiful and very comfortable with everything you will need for a great stay. We only regret that we didn't get to enjoy it more because of our early flight. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent house, swimming pool is well used and also neatly maintained in between. All the basics are there, house is fine for a larger family. Wifi works well too.

Mohamed and his father Yahya are great, friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfect, spacious and has a lot of amenities like fiber internet, iptv. The pool is really great and kids had the time of their lives! Anyway a great place which I recommend! A peaceful neighborhood

The accommodation was very bright and spacious and very clean, as in the pictures. The apartment is super equipped, from top kitchen, chairs, parasol & children's toys for the beach to TV and Playstation. The check-in with the door code worked well. Soufiane was super nice and came by in person. He gave us great tips on activities & restaurants in advance and during the stay. There were, however, three small downsides; this is whining at a high level & only for the sake of completeness: due to the lack of a shower head, it was only possible to shower from above. We had two cockroaches during our stay, which must have somehow come in from the outside. Some windows cannot be completely closed. However, since the apartment is on the 2nd floor and you can also lower the shutters, we still felt safe. Also because of the parking guard sitting in the little house in front of the house. We would check in there again.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well arranged, it has everything you need (kitchen utensils in very good condition, towels, hand gel, etc.), which made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this accommodation and will return during our next visits to Oujda, thank you!
