Holiday rentals with beach access in Orikum

Really nice stay at this place. The salt water swimming pool is great and we got to see some helicopters taking off next door. The swimming area in the sea is beautiful if you are a strong swimmer. Host is very good and answers straight away. Nice restaurants nearby, the grill place next to the hotel is amazing.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The place is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the photos. Eri was very accommodating together with her brother who made sure we had everything we needed. We are already looking to when we are coming back. Amazing experience and highly recommended!

Suela’s apartment is amazing! We stayed there for two days and had a wonderful experience. It was easy to find, in a fantastic location - close to both the city center and the beach. A bit hard to reach the flat but it was worth it!

We were extremely pleased with Albina’s apartment. It had everything you could want, very stylish, neat and clean. Balcony overlooked the sea. The store was convenient. Great place to relax and take in the sun. Albina was very accommodating in every aspect. She went out of her way to make sure we took the correct bus to leave!

The house is much more spacious than it looks from the photos. The apartment has everything you need and the owner is very helpful in meeting your every request. The view is also wonderful. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Very nice apartment, There were everything we needed, cookware, microwave, washing machine, blankets, pillows, towels, even coffee machine. Nice view to sea, olive and mandarins trees. Only roadway near the apartment was in very bad condition. But overall we were satisfied and can recommend the apartment.

Me and my partner stayed here for some days, and we felt very comfortable and home like. We especially enjoyed the terrace, which offered cute cozy space to hang out, eat, read and enjoy agood combination of sunand shadow. you havea beautiful view onto the ocean from there. The communication with Irena was very good, she sent us a lot of helpful informations upfront, and was always available and very kind and helpful in between. Even when I had some spontanious extra needs and wishes, she was 100% supportive and helpful. I personally struggled a bit with the bunk bed in the one apartment, so Irena made it possible for us to change the other apartmend next door with a "normal" doublebed. Walking to the beach took us around 25 minutes :) There is small shop close to the house for basic needs. we struggled bit to find bigger supermarket in that area though. since the apartment is quite small i found the price a bit high, but we definetely recommend this airbnb and would come again!

upstairs of a house are 3 apartments. the apartment is sparkling clean, nicely decorated. the terrace is the best, with a great view.

The room is very simple, but the outdoor space is pleasant and ventilated and just cross the street to get to the private umbrellas and sunbeds. It can be helpful to have rock shoes. Great family hospitality. The host gave us great advice, ordered us very fresh fish and took us to the country to pick it up, thank you very much!

cosy apartment in the heart of dhermi. it was very clean, with beautiful views from the terrace. the instructions in the pdf document were necessary to find the place, as the old town is like a maze and Google maps are not helpful. we were 5 people plus a baby and felt comfortable. there are two rooms (one with three beds, the other one with a king sized bed.

Very nice apartment in a new video-monitored building. TOP location, very good communication with the landlord and free parking spaces on the street side. Beach promenade and beach are 3 min walk from the apartment. Best neighborhood if you want to go out in the evening. Thank you for everything!

Lovely condo close to everything- restaurants, beach, grocery store. We stayed here for two weeks and felt right at home. Everything is literally steps away. Hosts are top notch and go above and beyond!! Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Hermes’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to main road. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. They provided clear instructions for check-in and made sure I had everything I needed. Truly the best place I have been to in all of Dhermi. Jonida’s space is spotless, beautiful, and sizeable. Looks just like the photos! The driveway is a plus and makes getting to and from places easy. My family and I had a great time here. We felt peaceful and fully relaxed. Beautiful views and sunsets! Would 100% revisit again.

Wonderful! Close to the action, yet quiet. A short walk to the beach. New building with a great elevator. The apartment is beautiful with all required amenities - even a toaster (first one we've had in Albania)! Martin is an excellent host. We hope to come back again in the futuree.

Mesti is super responsive. The view from the accommodation is really superb and well located..and compensates for small inconveniences: noises in the evening, difficult to park on Saturday nights.
