The area is known for its many lakes with mirror-clear water, the nearest lake Gårdssjön is 800 meters from the cabin. Värsjön (3 km) with a shallow sandy beach and good fishing. The cottage is surrounded by good mushroom and berry fields with plenty of both moose and deer.

If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops in Örkelljunga, Våxtorp and Ängelholm, among others. My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Cozy cottage up on Hallandsåsen with a large natural plot and many opportunities for activities regardless of the season. The area offers nice walking and cycling trails and at nearby lakes there is the possibility of swimming and fishing. In summer, there is a large shared outdoor pool a couple of 100 meters away. This usually opens sometime in June. If you long for the sea, it is 35 km to Båstad, Mellbystrand or Ängelholm.
