Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

The apartment is located at Søvassli Fjellsenter, with the mountain as the closest neighbor. Fantastic views of Søvatnet; beach life, swimming, fishing and paddling. Canoes can be rented on site. Family-friendly skiing area, short distance to the groomed ski slope or the Ruten on randonee. Located between Orkanger and Kyrksæterøra, the center with water park, climbing hall, restaurants, shops is only 20 minutes away.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The cabin is located in a small forest grove on Viggja. With a nice view of the fjord. With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Like ved foten av Trollenes rike i Helgetunmarka ligger vår utleiehytte Trollhøtta. Rett utenfor hyttedøra starter en masse flotte turmuligheter. Både om sommeren, når fuglene synger sin sommersang fra furu og bjørk, og om vinteren, når snøen slår mot vinduene og rypene kakler i liene. Fra Trollhøtta er det kort avstand til Trollheimstunet ved Langvatnet, hvor du kan leie kano og fiske en bedre kveldsmat. Her er også flotte omgivelser rundt gapahuken med bålkos eller badeliv. Vil du virkelig koble av? Denne hytta er for deg som ønsker stillhet, enkelhet og nærhet til naturen. Her ved foten av Trollheimen venter roen, med fantastiske turmuligheter året rundt. Et ekte fristed! Viktig før du booker: Ingen bilvei helt frem. Du må gå ca. 25 minutter fra parkering – eller låne båt. Ingen innlagt strøm eller vann. Hytta har solcelleanlegg (12V) for enkel belysning og lading. Vann hentes i bøtte fra Langvatnet. På vinterstid må du ha ski for å komme deg frem.

Innenfor 100m finner du også butikk, marina, strand, hurtigbåtterminal og bussholdeplass. Rett ved ligger nedlagte Hysnes Fort idyllisk til i utløpet av Trondheimsfjorden. Her kan du gå på opparbeidede turstier og på toppen få en fenomenal utsikt! Solnedgangene her ute er ofte helt magiske!

Great hiking terrain in summer and winter. Short distance to mountains and fishing water. Popular hiking destinations from the cabin are Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet and Omnsfjellet. Installed electricity and running well water . About 70 minutes from Trondheim ( Bus stop close to exit to cabin ). Summer time 200 meters walk after planks/path from parking. In winter, it is about 1.1 kilometers on skis/snowshoes.
