Retreat and enjoy the tranquility while sitting and looking out over the sea. Naustet Kvalvika is located right on the waterfront, shielded from traffic and noise. Lower your shoulders and listen to the sound of the waves. On the rocks and beaches around Naustet there are many great places to settle down. How about a coffee around the campfire while watching the sun go down? It is a 12 min drive from Åfjord city center and out to us. Guest jetty available if you come by boat. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, see Halten lighthouse blink in the distance, see Hurtigruta pass or just enjoy the silence. Only views, no insight. Terraces around the entire cabin and a covered terrace. There is a separate "wine room" where you can enjoy the view, read, knit or listen to music from the CD collection or cassettes. Solvang is located in the middle of the town center of Brekstad in a quiet residential area. The property is 5 acres and large green area means that there is a lot of space around the house, little disturbance from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

The house has three bedrooms with a double bed in each room, one bathroom, large kitchen with all facilities, large dining table, and a cozy little TV corner. There is also a pleasant attic room available. There are good opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and there is a play area for the children. It is possible to rent both bed linen and towels, for a small extra charge, just let us know. Washing is not included.
