A mini paradise nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is an easy bike ride or a short drive to Nauset Beach. Tiny and cozy, the cottage has every amenity for a comfortable stay! Rooster Cottage and Gardens is located on a quiet street in Brewster. The home has many new features including updated kitchen and new furniture. Distance to Cape Cod Bay, 4 mi.; Atlantic Ocean, 7 mi.; Ptown, 23 mi. For travel nurses, we are 13 miles from Cape Cod Hospital. There are nearby stores, bakeries, restaurants, and the excellent Brewster Ladies Public Library. The porch overlooks the private gardens. We love gardening and try for interesting views & foraging for birds even in winter.

Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
