Our stay was fantastic, the pool was clean,the rooms were tidy, and thou the internet went out due to the rain the beauty of the place compensated for it, the beech was quite empty as if it's all for urself to enjoy especially in the morning. Also the villa was asthetic and the caretaker was very understanding, with all amenities that u could think of. This place is filled with beautiful paintings that would make ur stay feel more special. Overall if ur visiting south goa and want to stay away from too crowded beech like palolem, this is the place you should consider

The best place to stay in south goa.Both the owners were easy to communicate Rooms are very clean and it feels like a homely experience.if you are coming to south goa the best serene stay for a group. Thank you for the best memories

Paradise Palms was an amazing place to live. The house was spotless and clean. We had planned to cook most days, the kitchen had all utensils one needs and hence we had no trouble. Ally was very helpful and responsive. With regards to nearby locations, you must have a bike handy because there are no taxis and Goa Miles keep you hanging. Private taxis are super expensive and mostly do not negotiate prices. Overall we had a relaxing and restful vacation!

The stay was really great, the apartment was so pretty. My only concern was the neighbourhood. There were a lot of street dogs and locals warned us not to stay out late at night so we couldn't go out at night since we were scared.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Villa Effy is a home away from home - a place that radiates serenity and captures the essence of Goa. All the information provided on this platform is authentic. The place is far more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures online! Being a Goan, I frequently visit Goa with my family and surely this has been the FIRST place that delivers what it promises. The power backup is so impressive that we never experienced a power outage during our seven night stay. What really maintains the warmth of the place is the host Mr Joseph Rodriques(exemplifies superior customer satisfaction). He was proactive and responded within no time after the booking on Airbnb. All through our stay, he ensured that we were comfortable. We were also treated by a sumptuous meal by his beloved wife.
