Beach front bach on Wainui Beach. Fantastic views whatever the weather, stunning surf beach, the bach overlooks it all. Wow factor sun rises, keep the curtains open and have a treat! The cottage has a queen bed in an annex in the main area so you can wake up to the view, or watch the waves at night under the moon. There are bunks in the bedroom, a heat pump for toastie winters, this place is a rustic humble piece of kiwiana beachlife, a total rejuvination space and a surfers heaven.

The Loft provides exclusive beachfront accommodation with majestic sea views and easy access to town and country. We are located at Makorori Beach, just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Gisborne and just 5 minutes further over the hill to popular Wainui. Quiet location in CBD, opposite a café. 2 minute walk to the supermarket and town centre. Close to Taruheru river, near the botanical gardens. You can enjoy the walkway which follows the river to Waikanae Beach (20 min walk), Midway Beach and Kiwa Pools (35 min walk). Or cross the footbridge to the Farmers Market (5 min). Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). Your sunny room is self-contained and situated in a private area of the house with independent access and contactless entry system. Enjoy a luxury king bed, Wi-Fi, TV (freeview, Netflix), workspace and kitchenette.

The Shed - Orchard Retreat

Our two bedroom accomodation is positioned to get the best views out over our citrus orchard. The large deck extends off the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen to allow indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen with everything you may need as well as a bottle of our award winning orange juice. Due our deck and the stairs our property is not suitable for young children. We are a smoke free property and do not allow smoking.
