Bus stop is 50m from residence and you get into the city center in about 10min. Proximity to Domsjö factory area for those who work.

The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Vår pärla i Stråsundsviken, Höga kusten, ligger vackert beläget på naturtomt (blåbär inhämtas med lätthet till frukosten) med bara några minuters vandring ned till en lugn havsvik. 2 sovrum, 160 cm säng samt våningssäng (120 cm i nederslafen samt 90 cm i överslafen). Tv del med två soffor (kan användas som ”extrasängar” om önskemål finns). Modern 55 tums tv och appleTV. Fiber indraget med bra Wifi (mobiltäckning dålig så Wi-Fi samtal används). Weber gasolgrill, SUP finns att låna.

The apartment is in the souterrain floor of our residential building and has a private entrance as well as free parking. The two bedroom, both equipped with double beds, are located on either side of the apartment for added comfort and privacy. Location & Communication ➡ The bus stop is only 50 meters from the door. ➡ Örnsköldsvik center is about 5 km away. Child-friendly area There are three playgrounds within 500 m We hope you enjoy yourselves and have a comfortable stay!

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
