A small sauna cottage on a rocky shore right by the water. You don’t need to go far to fish here, as you are already at excellent fishing waters. The fishing season is at its best, and here you also have the opportunity for net fishing. A rowboat is available for your use. An outdoor wc is about 50 m from the cottage. Cold water available on the terrace. You can get hot water from the sauna stove tank. Cottage shower available. The host is about 120 m away but there is no direct line of sight.

The interior blends Mediterranean boho with Scandinavian hygge, offering a cozy balance for both the hottest summer days and chilly sock-weather evenings. The windows open onto the lively Bulevardi, and the wooden floors complete the warm, homely atmosphere.

Completed in summer 2024, our cottage with has car access. A Cozy cottage with a small loft and a spacious sauna, as well as a large terrace in front of the house. Good pier for boat access and a small sandy beach for swimming. You can also take a dip in the water from the pier via a swimming ladder. There is an outhouse next to the house. The sauna has very beautiful views of the beach and the sea. A very nice small and cozy archipelago cottage.
