Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Orpington

I was only at Claire’s for 2 nights but I felt right at home. Thanks Claire for such warmth and hospitality. We had some nice chats while having breakfast. I stayed when it was really hot outside so the room was a bit warm. Claire provided me a fan to use so that was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at hers!

I had a really nice stay at Alex's over a weekend. Alex and his partner were great hosts very friendly and approachable. Their house is very comfortable and clean, and my room was perfect, with enough space to relax and get a bit of work done. The bathroom I had to myself was spotless and the kitchen was ideal to do a bit of cooking in. The location is great, just next to Beckenham place park which is well worth a visit. Overall a really nice stay, highly recommend!

Josephine and her son were really welcoming. She shared a lot of useful information for my travels and looked after me during my stay. She also gave me some enough privacy. I'm really enjoying my time here.

Really enjoyed our stay with our two little dogs who settled and were quickly at home. They especially loved walking in the parks nearby. The place is lovely and like a Tardis, small at first but bigger and bigger inside! Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable and the bathroom also lovely with a fantastic bath and separate shower.

Beautiful house in Orpington with everything you need. Calm neighbourhood; restaurants and supermarket in the centre of Orpington, thus easy to reach. Fast connections to central London with the train. Communication with Maria was easy and worked always very well. We had a really pleasant stay at Maria's place... and Prince, the cat, is a lovely companion. We would definitely stay there again.

My stay at Shanita's private apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was so impressed by how incredibly neat and clean the entire place was – truly spotless! It made for such a comfortable and welcoming arrival. The location is also a huge plus. I found it incredibly accessible to the city center, with both bus and train options just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore. A special shout-out and massive thank you to Shanita for stocking up the kitchen with essentials, snacks, and drinking water. I arrived really late in the evening, and seeing those thoughtful provisions was such a relief and made a huge difference after a long journey. It's these small but significant details that truly elevate a stay. I highly recommend Shanita's apartment to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and wonderfully hospitable place to stay. I'd definitely book again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kristina. L'appartement était conforme à la description, très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Pratique au niveau de la desserte des transports pour se rendre sur Londres. Merci pour votre accueil Kristina et d'avoir été réactive par rapport aux demandes. Mein Aufenthalt war einfach super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet – besonders praktisch fand ich die Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden: Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war ich in etwa 40 Minuten bei den Haupt-Touri-Attraktionen. In der Nähe gab es außerdem zwei Supermärkte, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Host war freundlich und hat alles perfekt vorbereitet. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Susan was super helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to my messages. Although I didn't get to meet her as I was outong hours every day she was very friendly. Check-in was easy and clear. The place was cute and simple and everything I needed it to be. The street was lovely and peaceful with beautiful trees and plenty of space to park. I would certainly recommend!

Natasha was very responsive and gave clear communication. The flat was as described very comfortable , loved the extra touches , would recommend and will stay again if available

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza di 9 giorni nel monolocale di Lawrence. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito, la biancheria molto pulita e profumata.Massima disponibilità nel check in e nel check out. Ottima la privacy perché il monolocale ha un ingresso autonomo.Per raggiungere Londra ci sono 2 stazioni dei treni che arrivano in centro a Londra in 2 stazioni diverse. Consigliamo di fare la Oyster card per risparmiare sul costo dei trasporti.Bromley North rientra nella zona 4. Bromley South rientra nella zona 5.Comodo il supermercato.Diversi i ristoranti in paese.Ottimo il rapporto qualità e prezzo.Consigliato!!

i stayed here for about four months while studying abroad at a nearby college. gloria and her family are amazing hosts. i felt very safe and supported while living here. she is very helpful and attentive. the room was perfect and easy to live in. very clean and 100000% no bed bugs!! i am happy to have called this place my home 🩵🩵

I can’t say enough about this amazing little apartment. Absolutely everything you need for a great stay and it felt like home away from home. Anne also had thoughtful little amenities for us upon arrival and she was a very responsive host. The train station is literally a two minute walk from the flat which was extremely handy for getting to central London. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer! Thanks, Anne, for being an amazing host!

The place was fantastic and the hosts are very communicative. Check-in was smooth, and all the facilities worked well. The kitchen has all the things you would need for a short or long stay, and the washer&dryer combo was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Espaço muito acolhedor, moderno e com todas as comodidades. Restaurantes diversos e muito próximos... vários supermercados e perto. Estação próxima com ligações contínuas e diretas para o centro de Londres. Muito recomendável 👍👍
