Osmanin's house was extremely nice and clean. When we first arrived, he was very friendly. He met all our needs from the first day. He is a great host.

A beautiful apartment located in a building inhabited by Turkish families under the system of ownership or annual lease Aisha's apartment is on the fourth floor and it is very clean and has everything a traveler needs I hope that the guests will take care of the apartment because Aisha is very keen on her property It's not a hotel system that you leave behind with a cleaning crew. Get out of Aisha's house and leave it clean.

We stayed with 4 adults + 3 Children and 7 people in total. Everything was perfect at home. We felt like we were in our own home. The most we care about when looking for a house was hygiene and the house was really clean. There were many markets around the house. We easily met our kitchen needs. It also has extra services such as air conditioning, internet, parking. We had no trouble communicating with the host. We received immediate responses to each of our messages. They will travel to the Black Sea, do not look for a hotel for nothing. It's much more economical and comfortable and clean than the hotel.

Very clean place with helpful host.

The villa is very tidy, it has a very distinctive garden with many beautiful roses and a view of the green meadows and the sea.. Hussain was nice, greeted us when we arrived and even helped us get to a nearby grocery shopping for shopping. The villa is located in high which makes its view breathtaking, but this makes it a little far from the services, but with the availability of a car with you everything will be easy. In the same fence there are two villas, the garden is shared between them, and luckily there was no other tenant and the garden was all ours, which contains vineyards, lemon and other fruits as well as very beautiful flowers.

I stayed 4 nights , the owner of the villa is a collaborator and provided us with additional services, Beshush and friendly. Also thank the employee Mohamed ( Syrian ) for their good handling and credibility , the location of the villa is beautiful , but there is a very disturbing thing which is the smell of sanitation , and there is always water running in front of the door of the villa with an unpleasant smell that causes dirty shoes , the kitchen is dilapidated and needs to be renovated , the lighting is weak , otherwise good

A bnb experience that I stayed for 3 days, with a very clean, tidy structure and a quiet, calm environment.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Trabzon. The nature was very serene and there were great views from the living room and master bedroom. We spent a lot of time just looking out the windows at the view! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I definitely think you need to rent a car if staying here as it’s located quite far up a hill (but only around 8 minutes by car, and it means you get the great views so it’s well worth it!). There were fly screens on all of the windows and deck door so we didn’t have any issues with the mosquitos. Ümit was a great host, providing recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!

It was a great location since it’s 3 mins from the airport. The place was clean and had all what we need. It’s good for short stay. I’ll come back again and recommended it. Even though Volkan was sick, he came all the way to the place to show us everything. Thank you so much Volkan for your friendly personality and your kindness.
