The apartment is on the ground floor and is completely renovated, refurbished and equipped with a Wi-Fi system. From the entrance, on the left we find the bathroom and the double bedroom; on the right the large living area, where we also find the 3-seater sofa with a French bed (140 cm). We are 300 m from the sea and the center, 100 m away there is a pleasant green area; we are close to public transport stops (bus-taxi-scooter-eBike-railway-port), the shopping area and health services.

Il podere si trova immerso nelle colline maremmane in vicinanza del mare (30min). Il vecchio casale è circondato dal nostro terreno in cui coltiviamo l'orto e giardino, dove giocano i bimbi e dove girano 2 cani e diversi gatti. All'aperto si trovano una cucina comune aperta a tutti e vari spazi relax. L'appartamento si trova al piano superiore del casale. La ricostruzione di tutto il podere è diventato la nostra passione e cosi troverai un ambiente colmo di espressione artigianale.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
