Il vecchio casale è circondato dal nostro terreno in cui coltiviamo l'orto e giardino, dove giocano i bimbi e dove girano 2 cani e diversi gatti. All'aperto si trovano una cucina comune aperta a tutti e vari spazi relax. L'appartamento si trova al piano superiore del casale. La ricostruzione di tutto il podere è diventato la nostra passione e cosi troverai un ambiente colmo di espressione artigianale.

From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
