Hello place was exactly how it looked, clean, nice and modern. Located close to mall and many restaurants. Jowell communicated everything well which made it easy and convenient.

I stayed here for 2.5 months as it was close to work and Alyzza's place was a cozy retreat. The place gets good sun in the mornings. It is a well appointed Airbnb and had enough appliances for me to make simple meals. Alyzza is a very responsive host and happy to help. The area is not the most exciting in Manila, but there are restaurants and malls nearby, the street outside closes on weekends so there are activities such as public zumba, pickleball, bike rentals. There are food stalls on Saturday mornings where you can pick up meals, fruits, veggies, and seafood. Overall, it was a lovely stay at Alyzza's place and I recommend if you are looking for a place around Ortigas area.

Darin’s place one of the best staycations in the area. It’s clean, spacious and has really nice aesthetics. He’s very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and other guests!

Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. We had a wonderful stay at Dennis’ place! The location is fantastic—close to malls, cafes, and everything we needed, which made exploring the city super convenient. The building amenities were a big plus, especially the gym and pool, and we absolutely loved spending time on the roofdeck. It was a perfect spot for morning walks or just relaxing with a view. The unit itself is very spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of cabinets and storage space that made it easy to settle in. While there isn’t much natural light in the living and dining areas, the space still felt warm, homey, and very cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Dennis was a great host and the check-in process was smooth. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in the city.

The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness.
