There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. The terrace overlooks the garden and the lake - it is a great place to relax by the grill, outdoors, and active recreation. The cottage is located on a shared plot of land with a larger house that is sometimes inhabited - there is also an outgoing cat. For this reason, we ask that the dogs of guests are non-aggressive.

Betula is the Latin name for birch, and it's these trees that decorate our garden. We planted them ourselves 20 years ago, and now they're proud to welcome our guests.
