In 2025, a new rental villa, "Villa Sea and Stars," will be built in Nojima Ezaki, Awaji Island From this hillside villa, you can see the calm Seto Inland Sea during the day and the starry sky at night, which you can never see in the city. The private space can accommodate up to 6 people, with refreshing ocean views and an open private pool to enjoy the resort atmosphere. In addition, there is a sauna to soothe your mind and body, so you can have a relaxing time. In the evening, you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace and taste the fresh meat and seafood unique to Awaji Island. Enjoy a premium time with your loved ones at a resort surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle.

A registered cultural property offering exclusive use of a 200㎡, 210yrs-old Edo-period house and a 500㎡ garden. Enjoy a Shigaraki-ware bathtub, Imabari towels, a horigotatsu, and features like a hidden ninja staircase and Edo-era furniture. BBQ and fireworks are available in the garden. A free history tour is offered on request. Optional services include Japanese breakfast, rental bicycles, and taxi or airport transfers. A handmade local guidebook with nearby shops and sights is also provided.
