BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. This house is reserved. Recently renovated, this apartment is a 70year-old Japanese traditional house. There is a Japanese small garden. Within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It's right next to Kuromon Market. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and drugstores in the area. You can also travel to Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara without wasting time. There are no washing machines. Please use a laundromat in neighborhood.(2mins)

It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
