The property is located in a residential area of Chuo-ku, Osaka. It is a 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom building in a small alley. The total area is about 50 ㎡. It has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 toilet rooms, 2 sinks, and 1 bathroom. 🏡 About this house This guest house is an old house renovation project that I completed with a friend. The style chosen is a combination of Japanese and modern, meaning it meets the needs of modern, fully equipped facilities. It also allows everyone to experience local Japanese living. Due to the scarcity and compactness of land in Japan, The lighting on the first floor is relatively weak, while the lighting in the bedrooms on the second floor is better. Japanese fusuma windows do not block out light, so I have provided blackout curtains for everyone. Since this is my first time renovating a home, I did a lot of the work myself and didn't have much practical experience (you may notice bubbles in the wallpaper on the second floor, unevenly cut carpets at the entrance, etc.), but I still did my best to achieve a good result. First of all, thank you very much for your understanding regarding these imperfections. I will do my best to welcome each guest and try to meet your needs. 📍 Location and transportation Although the house is in a quiet residential area, it is closely connected to the city center: Within walking distance of "Tanimachi Rokuchome" and "Tanimachi Kyuchome", and Kintetsu "Kamihonmachi Station", which is a few stops away from major areas such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.
