The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

Had a pleasant stay overall! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient—there’s a supermarket right downstairs, which made cooking easy. The kitchen is decently stocked, though a few essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were missing. The space itself is aesthetically done and quite comfortable. The bed placement is nice, but being under the fan would’ve made it cooler—both the fan and AC struggle a bit with cooling the entire room. The TV is massive, but just note that you’ll need to log in with your own Netflix/Prime accounts, as subscriptions aren’t provided. Would’ve appreciated an iron and a hair dryer, but these weren’t available. Despite these small things, I highly recommend this place! The building has a gym and a pool, which were a great bonus. Vishal was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The duplex is absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and located in a peaceful society that made our trip even more relaxing. The serene surroundings and cozy interiors made it hard for us to leave! A special mention to Bharti didi, who was incredibly sweet and took great care of us. She truly made our stay extra special. Shalvika, our host, was fantastic—always in touch, coordinating everything seamlessly, and ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. The only small downside was that the pool wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and the society’s pool rules were quite strict, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted. But honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. If you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and homely stay in Goa, this is the place to be! The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. amazing view to enjoy waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alone or with others. apartment is large for 2 couples or family. bonus is washing machine and balconies. Area is quiet but close to markets, beaches, cafes and restaurants. need some kind of transportation. there is plenty of parking available. Host, Sanna responds immediately, guard helpful and friendly. Swimming pool excellent to cool down!

I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
