Nearby are the most famous sights such as the baroque Tvrđa, the longest Croatian promenade along the Drava River, the Gradski vrt hall. Within 200 m of the apartment there are numerous facilities: children's playground, sports field, bakery, Konzum, Tisak, NTL, pharmacy, post office, bank, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, market, fish market, tram and bus station
