This was a great place to stay in Ancona in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with all the attractions within walkable distance. The apartment is lovely, all white decor, so very bright, with two large bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room. Michael was the perfect host. He recommended a good restaurant and organised a taxi to the airport. Five stars all round!

Really perfect stay! The location of the house is in the center, convenient to reach everything really easily. The accommodation is very nice, very clean and equipped with every comfort, as well as attention to detail. A special thank you to the host, very kind and super helpful: he even came to pick me up at the station and drove me to the front door. A rare welcome! Highly recommended, I will be happy to come back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

We only stayed one night, to break the trip to Puglia, we are a family with three small children. We had a great clean house with parking on the property. I recommend it.

The apartment was exactly as described: * very clean. * very quiet (pedestrian street). * everything was provided for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was close to the sea, port, shops and restaurants. We hope to be able to return in the summer next year.

Everything was just fantastic! We felt like we were at home! Perfect spaces... impeccable cleanliness, new furniture... super fragrant house... Moira was an exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! She was very kind to provide a local guide!! On our way to Puglia, we stopped at Luca and Laura's place on the way back and forth. The 2 apartments we occupied were both impeccably clean and very well equipped. Luca and Laura are outstanding hosts for their attention and availability. I would 100% recommend!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Being welcomed by a family and finding yourself part of it for a few days. Simple apartment located in an extraordinary countryside, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Nausicaa and her family were fantastic, we couldn't ask for more! Super recommended.

We were guests of Ms. Paola for only two nights. I only say two nights because we were sorry to leave the apartment..... Impeccable cleanliness and tidiness, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need, it's like being at home. We travel a lot with the girls, but this is the first time we haven't arranged anything in an accommodation. Paola is simply wonderful, helpful, polite, always present but never intrusive. I repeat, it is a pleasure to stay with Paola.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 meters away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. Tonia is perfect, she fulfilled all our requests making sure that our vacation was fantastic. Thank you

Domenico's place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We didn't miss anything, the amenities were fabulous, and the pool is super nicely laid out. For us as a family with baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together by the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

We spent a wonderful week at Giuliano's. Above all, the wonderful garden inspired us. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Sufficiently beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. The beach is within easy walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

We were just passing through on our way home, and we had a great time. It is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. There were different types of toiletries. The view is wonderful and the location is excellent, 5 minutes from the historic center. The parking inside the condominium is very convenient, for us who had a lot of luggage it was important, even if Ascoli is really quiet. The elevator goes up to the third floor and then you have to go up a small ramp, which was not a problem for us. Alessandra has always been very helpful and kind, she will certainly be my reference for a future stay in Ascoli.
