Bring the whole family to my spacious cabin on car-free Brønnøya, with lots of space, peace and quiet. Cleaning is included. Free parking. You can use my 2 kayaks. The cabin is connected to public water and drainage, with shower/toilet/dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent drinking water from the fountain. The island is nice for hiking/biking/jogging with many small gravel roads and swimming coves. There is a short but steep path from the gravel road down to the cabin. It can be a bit challenging for strollers. The jetty has an available buoy for your boat.

Varingskollen alpine resort is a 5-minute drive (or a train stop) away, where there is also a floodlit ski slope. There are also several other cross-country ski trails 5-10 minutes drive from the cabin. Relax between the spruce trees with a sauna and cook in the wood-fired pizza oven in the garden. Here's everything you and your travel companions need for a relaxing stay in the woods.

Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Enjoy the summer on idyllic Brønnøya. Beach plot with kayaks, SuP boards. Close to Oslo, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a car-free island. Available for rent this summer. Minimum 3 nights, and longer rentals are preferred. Three bedrooms with good double beds and an attic room with double bed. Sleeps 8. Several outdoor spaces with good sun conditions, and a fantastic view. The cabin has recently been renovated inside, and is still under renovation in some of the outdoor areas. Bicycle is available to explore the island.

The house was completed in 2020, built of wood and has a huge garden right by the lake. Brønnøya is located 30 min from Oslo by bus, there is also a cozy ferry from Sandvika and out to Østre-Brygge which is located 150 meters from the house. Parking space on Nesøya is included. Very good rooms inside and outside, with nice views of the lake. The house is located on a car-free island, where it is possible to go on long undisturbed walks. If desired, a safe and good boat can be included, at a nice price.

Electricity is available, but no running water. Newly renovated cabin. Outdoor toilet. 300 m from farm with animals. Possible to rent a rowing boat. Horse riding may be possible with a horse-owning family. Drinking water can be obtained from a nearby farm if needed. Great hiking opportunities, both for walking, cycling and skiing.

Cozy little cabin near the lake

This is a small red-painted cottage in a cozy garden with various fruit trees, lots of jasmine bushes, lilacs and summer flowers. The place is suitable for a small family with one or two children, or for a couple or single who wants a quiet holiday by the lake, but with a short distance to Oslo. It is only about 150 m to the lake in Ursvikbukta. You can swim from the jetty in Ursvikbukta or from the child-friendly beach in about 10 - 15 min walking distance at both Hellviktangen and Hellvikstrand.

Cabin in Vendelsund on Brønnøya with private jetty (depth 1.5 m) and beach line for rent on a weekly basis. The cabin is a modernized log cabin with lots of light, a nice porch and large outdoor areas. Short distance to Oslo by car or bus. If you work in Asker, Bærum or Oslo, it is a nice opportunity to commute to work from the cabin. It is about 15 minutes to walk to the cabin from the cable ferry from Nesøya. In winter, there is a floating bridge over the strait.
