Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. My family is coming in the summer, so then there will be a bit of life. But nothing that is usually heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. The house has an open floor plan, 5 rooms spread over 100 m2, fireplace, exposed beams, country kitchen and 2 beds that are made when you arrive. Lovely forest plot with greenhouse, woodshed and generous patios. The railway runs next to the plot but there is no other traffic that disturbs. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is the most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 going from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
