Possibilities to rent extra cabin with room for 2-3 children. Fresh eggs in the chicken garden.

Should they rain, you can still sit dry under the roof and at the same time be outdoors. It is a small simple cabin with great outdoor opportunities. The cabin is surrounded by water and a river that goes down to the sea. There is also the convenience store and a hotel as well as a small gas station. You can use boat down the river to shop, or walk 5min.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here, your shoulders will relax as you enter the cabin. It has wooden walls and charm. Our farm was built in the 1940s, for farm girls who looked after the cows in the summer. It has a simple standard with solar panels, one small kitchen and toilet. There is a short distance to the mountain tops, Bruviknipa and Olsnessåta. This is a unique opportunity to experience Norwegian nature, in an original seter. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot.

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Sunny cottage by the sea – only 1 hour from Bergen Here you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea, take a dip on hot summer days (or a bath in the jacuzzi) Rowboat at your disposal from the 2026 season from April to October. Outboard motor available at additional cost. (use of engine, boating license if you are born after 1980) Fine hiking areas in the high mountains or in the lowlands. Can be available for private guided tour of the mountains in the immediate area.

The Byrkjetunet Gard is a farm in quiet and enchanting surroundings of Osterøy. Here you can live in the gardsbruk's apartment, where you have an entrance and terrace. The apartment has a bedroom, open kitchen, sofa nook and private bathroom. Also has a sofa bed so you can travel a lot. Here you are surrounded by idyllic western nature on all sides. The short distance to the lake for fishing, swimming area and great mountain hikes. Animals are of course welcome with us 🌻

The apartment is located in Ytre Arna with a nice view over the fjord. It is located 20mins by car from the center of Bergen. The busstop is 3 minutes away and you can get to the City in 30 to 40min by bus. We can help you plan your transport from the airport. There is a big garden and a park close to the appartment. We also have a private parking place for you. There are nice hiking possibilities here and on the way to the fjords/Hardanger.

Beautiful Private Cottage by the Sea

The Cottage is privately located by the sea, bright and pleasant and is from the 50s. It is beautifully situated by the sea, and you get the feeling that you have arrived in another world, it is on its own and you have great opportunities to enjoy the silence and the beautiful nature. The cabin has electricity and running water. Rowing boat and paddle boards are also available.

Charming and comfortable place to overnight or stay. 1 bedroom for 3 person and coach for 2 person in living room. There are beautiful nature around here, fjord and mountain view, beach with little boat, sauna and grill on the terrace. 35 minutes to Bergen and lot of hiking possibilities near by. We love pets and we have 2 little dogs.

Charming cottage on Bruvikdalen

Our cabin is for rent. It is peacefully located at austrevatnet at Bruvikdalen. About 1 hour from Bergen city. Possibility to borrow two kayaks and a small quiet dinghy. Rispingen, Olsnessåto, Høgafjellet and Bruviknipa with new sherpatrapper are some of the great mountains that are within a short distance from the cabin.
