A total of 8 sleeping places It is walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. The cabin is idyllically located at beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdrag with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded in 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two min walk to beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent It is a charger for an electric car with a payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Nice cottage on large, warm and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially refurbished the later years, with new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Here it is quiet and peaceful while getting a taste of boating Bua is adjacent to the boat docks to expect to meet people vacationing in their boats. There are on-site swimming facilities with a swimming staircase on the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forest, paths and mountains. Strømstad is about 20 minutes by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town of Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and biking opportunities nearby.
