There is a wood-fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement, there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite you to relax and play.

Access to the lake for swimming is about 2 km south. The house was built in 1850 but underwent a total renovation in 2020 and has all the amenities.

Trappan till sovloftet går genom garaget. På någon minut är du vid sjön där du kan fiska från bryggan, bada, åka skridskor, beroende på årstid! Right on the outskirts of Immelns community is this small annex for rent. It is secluded by the beech forest with patio door facing the lawn with evening sun, barbecue and patio. The annex is adjacent to the host couple's property. Access to shared jetty. Hiking and running trails as well as a lovely lake for swimming, bathing and paddling.
