Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. Gustafs, a well-known pizzeria with a small hipster/art vibe and often live music is just a few steps away. The beautiful garden with fruit trees invites you to relax and makes the house a relaxing retreat – beautiful in summer and a great coolcation in winter.

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a lively village. Within a twenty km radius, you can reach, for example, Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close are wonderful beaches, amazing nature, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar and Ystad. Shops in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and a vending machine shop in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn, Tomelilla-Lund and Ystad.
