Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Enjoy your stay in this peaceful accommodation with comfortable, private terrace space for both sun loungers, tables with 6 chairs and café tables in the summer. Approximately 300 meters from Gyllebosjön with swimming and fishing possibilities. The trail will take you through the nature reserve around Österlen's largest lake. Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment bright and fresh. Own patio. The courtyard is free with amazing views of the fields. On the courtyard there is a gallery. Very quiet location. To the farm belongs a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop, patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50kr/day

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
