Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Close to Stenshuvet National Park, Mandelmann's gardens and two amazing golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbor but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment bright and fresh. Own patio. The courtyard is free with amazing views of the fields. On the courtyard there is a gallery. Very quiet location. To the farm belongs a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop, patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50kr/day

Stendala gård är en trelängad skånegård som omges med natursköna åkrar och ängar, mitt på Österlen i byn Östra Vemmerlöv. Härifrån är det 5 minuter till naturreservatet Sträntemölla och Gyllebosjön med fiske, bad och vacker lövskog, 10 minuter till Mandelmanns gård, 10 minuter till golf, 15 minuter till havsbad och mycket annat som Österlen har att erbjuda. Det är fridfullt och lugnt. Det är lätt att trivas på Stendala gård!

The house of the times

What a nice place. We felt right at home. Cozy and clean, not very big, but perfect for the three of us. Ideal that there are 2 toilets and the large table in the kitchen part overlooking the garden. As a tea bag, I missed a kettle, but as a Dutch pleasantly surprised that there were just 2 keigoede cheese bars in the drawer. The fact that windows can't be opened took some getting used to. But with the highest temperatures outside, it was a comfortable temperature inside. And it also made sense that your train hardly heard. Perfect base for trips to Ystad, Ales Stenar, Kivik, Olof Viktors bakery, Olaols, Fransans creperie, Prastens Badkar or rail bikes at Tomelilla. Not to mention nice contact with Palle and Lena. Thank you!

Sonja's house on was perfect for our family with three small children. Charming, well-equipped and with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the week we stayed there and it was a perfect starting point to explore all of Österlen. Somja was also a very nice and helpful host and we really recommend her house!

We had a fantastic stay at Hampus. The accommodation is simple and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Perfect place if you want to relax and at the same time be close to everything, just a few minutes by car to different destinations. Hampus was very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!

Pros: Marion is a very friendly and accommodating host, check-in was easy, the house was as described, clean and spacious. Great size kitchen with modern kitchen utilities. Lovely surroundings with everything that we wanted to see and do within a short drive's distance. Host Marion said we could use the food that was already there in the kitchen cabinets and freezer, which was nice and unexpected (although several of the foods were expired since 2022). Lots of space for play time for the children upstairs. Cons: Since we had small children the stairs made us nervous and we wished there were safety gates. (although this is not the fault of the host as the description did not include safety gates). No TV in the house.
