Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ostre Toten

Tone’s place had water damage, so she offered us another place. This place was beautiful on one of the fjords. A typical Norwegian wooden house. The owner showed us around and told us places and restaurants to visit. We felt immediately ar home. We thank Tone for arranging this place for us

We obviously stayed in someone else's home. It felt so much like home. At the end of our stay we really did not want to leave yet all good things must come to an end

Very good hosting that communicated well and was easy to reach per phone. The home has a fantastic location at Mjøsa and was very homey! Would recommend this to anyone.

Great and spacious house with all amenities and great location. Perfect for a large family with small children. Nice with lots of seating on the outdoor areas on either side of the house. Lovely view from the large outdoor living room. Cozy neighborhood and short road to store.

Very nice house. We were there with 4 people and we all enjoyed it. Easy to find the place. The house is suitable for everyone. Was a bit confusing when we applied as 5 people and thought there were 5 bedrooms... found out afterwards that an extra room had to be rented for NOK 1,200 for us to have enough... recommend the place for those who need max 4 bedrooms

Nice and spacious apartment on a very idyllic farm! We were lucky enough to get a tour of the farm and got to meet the animals with alpaca, horses and blacknose sheep, among other things. Thank you very much for the visit:)

I was at work in the area, so getting to Julie and Ole Hermann is like coming home, a place to recharge after work day.

Lovely space! One level so don’t have to deal with stairs —- home is large and bright with natural light … bed is very comfortable too —- only thing I would say is that the lights in the building hallway are motion detector lights so don’t worry if it’s dark when you first enter the building. The lights come on as you near them. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment in historic house. Very lovingly furnished with impressive ceiling paintings. Comfortable beds, plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathroom and additional toilet - everything was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at Eir’s place with the family. Spectacular view, private veranda, cozy interior and good space for the whole family. We also went hiking on a nearby top, which had an even better view of Mjøsa and it’s surroundings. Eir and her husband was very friendly and helpful!

Karins beautiful apartment was perfect for a weekend in Hamar. Well-equipped, clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. With a central location, we had walking distance to most things. I highly recommend the condo!

If you like a quiet no frills place close to city center, this is the place. My wife and I will return.

We had a great stay at the house, plenty of space, nice with toys for the kids both outside and inside. Cozy with wood burning and plenty of space in the kitchen with cooking basics. We would gladly came back:)

It was amazing to stay at Guro's place. ❤️ The area is beautiful and our group of 12 friends was lucky with excellent weather which meant that we were able to use the pool and jacuzzi loads. The house is huge and was sparkling clean when we arrived and kitchen had everything we needed. We even fired up the pizza oven for one evening. Really great stay and super affordable for what it has to offer.

Large, bright and well-furnished house in an ideal environment. The place had everything you needed. We loved living so quietly and rurally and yet so centrally to Hamar. Øyvind is very nice, always quickly accessible and gave good tips for activities. We had a great vacation and would be happy to come back.

Lovely, responsive and very kind host. Gorgeous house - really cosy in the icy Norway winter. Fabulous facilities, very clean and well thought through. So easy to find and accessible for touring the area being about 3-4 mins from the main E6 highway. The rooftop terrace would be stunning in the summer months - we found it useful to build a snowman ☃️ ! Situated in a peaceful and quiet residential area with no problems whatsoever with noise, and also very close to a number of handy supermarkets Would happily recommend or visit again
