The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The ground is 5000 sqm so you have a lot of outdoor space. The house itself is 69 sqm. Ground floor consist of:livingrom, kitchen and bathroom. 2. floor consist of 2 bedrooms

Velkommen til den lille hytta på den store tomten. Her kan du trekke deg tilbake og lade batteriene, uten å være helt avstengt fra omverden. Nyt utsikten over blant annet Mjøsa og Helgøya. Hytta er en arkitekttegnet Bete Beitski-hytte. 10-15 minutter til Totenåsen hvor du finner flotte og tomme skiløyper, 7 minutter til Panengen Brygge hvor du kan booke deg inn på den lokale badstuen onsdager og søndager og i nærliggende Skreia finnes matbutikker og mer.

1940s house in the middle of Toten

Authentic 1947 home. Worn, but spacious, bright and functional. Kitchen, bathroom/WC/laundry room plus two rooms separated by a sliding door downstairs. Two rooms upstairs. Renovation needed, but the bathroom and kitchen appliances are fairly new. It is possible to have 4 separate bedrooms. The kitchen dining table seats 6 persons comfortably. Firewood is free of charge. Next door is a nice convenience store!
