UUSI RANTASAUNA JA PERGOLA VALMISTUNUT 8/2025. Kaksi yksityistä uimarantaa ja kaksi saunaa, toisessa helppokäyttöinen sähkökiuas ja toisessa tunnelmallinen puukiuas. Huoneiston jokaisesta ikkunasta on merinäköala. Kohteessa on käytettävissänne 2 sup-lautaa, 4 polkupyörää, soutuvene ja kanootti. Isolla tontilla voit pelata mölkkyä tai frisbeegolfia. Omalta laiturilta on hyvä kalastaa! Bergön saarelle kulkee ilmainen lossi päivittäin noin ½ tunnin väliajoin. Saarella on kauppa ja vaellusreitti.

House downstairs area is 70 m2 with 2 bed rooms, large living room, kitchen, wc, sauna, wash room and porch, all equipment included. Upstairs can be addtional rent there are 35 m2 space, four beds, TV, sofa, balcony. Large, sunny and flat courtyard and child friendly sand beach. Beside is a river and rapids and there you can fish trout. In the yard are children play house, swing for children, padminton court etc.

There is also the possibility to stay overnight (+2) in the sauna building during the summer. On the shore of the lake, a terrace with a deck. The services of Alajärvi are 15 minutes away. Activities such as kayaking, hiking, cycling and barbecuing. Good equipment for cooking and laundry facilities in the bathroom.

UUSI RANTASAUNA valmistunut 8/2025!. Juuri vuonna 2025 remontoitu kolmio odottaa uusia asukkaitaan! Autotie perille. Lautta kulkee saarelle ympäri vuorokauden. Tässä asunnossa on 1 parivuode, kaksi sänkyä, leveä vuodesohva ja erillinen patja. Iso tontti, jolla yli 200 m rantaviivaa. Oma uimapaikka. Asukkaiden käytettävissä on soutuvene, 2 sup-lautaa, polkupyöriä ja 3 frisbeegolfkoria. Kalastaa voi omalta laiturilta. 2 saunaa. Saunatilat on talon asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä (omat vuorot)

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Leporanta, upea lomamökki Kuorasjärven rannalla

Viihtyisä v. 2019 valmistunut mökki, jossa majoittuu mukavasti 6 hlöä nauttien kauniista järvimaisemasta. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa parisänky (160 cm), toisessa 2 parisänkyä (140 cm) kerrossänkynä. Mökissä suihku ja vesi-wc. Rantaterassilla pieni katos, kaasugrilli ja ruokapöytä. Tynnyrisaunan yhteydessä kylpytynnyri ja terassi, jolle paistaa upeasti ilta-aurinko. Ranta on matala ja sopii myös lapsille. Tontti rauhallinen ja sitä suojaa puusto naapureilta. Ei lemmikkejä.

We are renting out a big farm house with a garden just outside the beautiful town of Kristiinankaupunki. The area is nice for summer vacation with fishing, archipelago, nature, sauna, swimming and woods full of berries. Nature path starts just outside of the house, frisbee golf and playing field are on the other side of the road.
