The building is situated in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by family houses. Supermarkets LIDL and IDEA that work until 10 PM are just a 5-minute walk across the bridge, as well as the shopping center Delta Planet with a food court on the top floor. 20 minutes walk to the city center by foot following the river

Lovely apartment, which is even more beautiful in person.. Everything in the apartment is beautiful, new and very clean.. It is a very quiet part of the city, you get to the city center quickly and you have complete peace and quiet for rest.. Stefan is lovely, we easily agreed on everything, he waited for us on arrival and accompanied us the next day.. He tries to make sure you feel the most comfortable and available always if you need anything.. Everyday, and a big hello to the host Stefano!🤗

Jelena was very nice and forthcoming. Check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is right in the city centre, but very quiet. It was clean, spacious and the bed and pull-out couches were comfortable. If I come back to Niš, this will be my first choice! Thank you for the lovely stay ♥️

Beautiful, central house in Niska Banja. We felt right at home. It was clean, well equipped and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and center of town. We really loved the high ceilings and pretty courtyard. The TV came in handy when our small kids needed some distraction. The host was lovely and informative. We will definitely be staying again the next time. Thank you!
