Holiday rentals with a patio in Ōtaki Beach

Petone Haven is a lovely house with a garden which gets sunshine until early evening. So close to the main street, it was very quiet. Close as well to the beach and shore. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby. The house was contemporary, clean, had extra towels and bedding: we had everything we needed. We will stay again as we loved it there!

This might be the most charming Airbnb I have ever stayed in- so tastefully decorated in a subtle beach theme. Everything felt new, light, and airy. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. I appreciated the thoughtfully stocked kitchenette with all foods needed to prepare a light breakfast. The beautiful beach couldn't be any closer. I highly recommend!

What a little treasure of a place. Modern, clean, friendly hosts, Leigh Anne was extremely accomodating with our last minute plans. The wine, orange juice and chips was a nice unexpected addition. Thoroughly enjoyed and would stay there again.

The apartment was beautifully presented, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to the square, a little noisy in the evenings but this was to be expected on a busy Easter weekend. Check-in was easy, and communication was seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

I highly recommend Sally's place, the Griffin Inn, to anyone wishing to stay in tranquil surroundings in the Porirua area. It's on the north side of beautiful Tītahi Bay, with an amazing clifftop walk just up the hill for you and / or your dogs. It's a short walk to the beach itself. Sally place is a separate small house set beside the family home, and despite the name is not an inn as such but rather a dedication to her mum and the family name. It is immaculate, cozy, well presented, tucked away in a sheltered little oasis and has a nice covered outside area for relaxing. Sally is a wonderful, friendly and open-hearted host and she made us feel very welcome indeed (myself and my dogs). If Sally is not onsite her daughter Kim will look after you to the same standard, and her son Dave might even look after your dogs if you need (he runs a doggy daycare business). Highly recommended for singles, couples, small families and people with pooches. Would stay again for sure.

Plimmerton and the Punga hideaway is the perfect spot for a weekend away, its a great wee spot and we would be more than happy to stay again if we are back again some day, excellent place and hosts.

An absolutely lovely little getaway. The house is beautiful, warm, modern and cosy and has everything you need. The garden is private and lots of options for sitting outside and taking in the great view! We could hear tui and the beach from the garden. Great location, 3 min walk to the beautiful Otaihanga domain and river walk down to the estuary and beach or up to waikanae. Great for the dogs! Really handy to paraparumu, pubs, cafes, and shops. Lucy was a dream host - super helpful and kind. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back!

Great place - very comfortable - lots of extra touches when we arrived - very welcoming to us and our dog. Lovely to walk into a lounge with the fire going on a cold evening.

We had a great stay here for a couple nights, was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. The fireplace was great to have and the Cows in the paddock were a hit with our daughter. It was very peaceful and everything was well looked after. Highly recommend.

Homey place with everything you need. Loved hearing the sounds of the sea and wind breeze in the afternoon. Close to the beach and we love the walk on the dunes going to the beach. Overall happy with Ann’s place.

A lovely town with a coastal and nature-filled vibe — very family-friendly. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. The house is well-organized and comfortable for a family stay, including two bicycles available for guests to use. There are cute cafés around with a laid-back, holiday atmosphere.

A magical spot! Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and walking tracks. Great local Restaurant! Loved the bikes and the kids loved the huge fenced soccer field! The bach had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bakery. Neighboring a reserve at the back was a bonus, so we had more space to play ball games. It was a great place to rest and relax, indoor or outdoor. Board games available to play when it rained. One thing to note is that the bedroom upstairs, although private, it doesn't have a door to block any noise from downstairs. It is a cute cottage with lots of space for everybody.
