The exterior of the building, featuring a "persimmon color" and a "seven treasures" pattern, a traditional Japanese pattern, will be a new landmark in the atmosphere of the Nijo Market, which is full of downtown atmosphere. In addition, the 1st floor lounge is wrapped in the "Sapporo brick" familiar to the outer walls of the Hokkaido Government Building, and the space is designed to be "Japanese Sapporo," allowing you to enjoy the calm and unusual Hokkaido Sapporo.

"FAMILY TREE" is a small GUEST HOUSE located near Nakajima Park. We may not be as convenient as a hotel, but our goal is to provide you with a homely and relaxing experience! Please note that there is NO lift/elevator in the building. We are a 5 minute walk from "Nakajima Koen Dori" or "Gyokei Dori" tram station.
