Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub and the sauna) is for you to use and included in the price. Some more news: SUP boards will arrive in mid-April which you can use on the river or on the pond. Memorable getaway from everyday for couples, friends or families. A peaceful cottage on the shore of the lake Võrtsjärv. Excellent place to relax and have a nice time. Private beach with a nice sandy bottom swimming option. Enjoy the nature, make a good saunatime, barbecue and just chill around – true restart from the everyday rush.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
