Holiday houses in Otišić

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Joja Villa. The outdoor kitchen and pool are amazing and the views of the mountains are insane. Great location, not far from Split and lots of great restaurants/ supermarkets in Sinj. We were seven adults and our 2 year old, and there was tons of space. The hosts are by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. They gave us a free meal at a local restaurant in town, which was delicious as well as proving us with fruit and veg from their garden, as well as preparing us lunch one day. Would absolutely stay here again!

Smooth process, there were no problems. We had a great time. The host was always easy to reach, responded quickly and was very friendly.

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

Josipa’s incredible space is only matched by her warm, wonderful hospitality. We were floored when we saw the views—exactly as stunning as the photos promised—but even more impressed with the intentional style + atmosphere of the impeccable space she has created. We were so glad we got to meet her in person and chat a bit, she is a ray of sunshine and warmth and made us feel so welcomed. The hardest part was leaving—especially after coming home to the apartment to find the sweetest bowl of fresh cherries she’d left for us. A very very special place.

Sandra's home was such a treat. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city below and feels so peaceful. The view is gorgeous and there are several places in the garden, terrace, and home to take advantage of the views. The home is perched between Split and Trogir, so it felt very central to all of our plans. Sandra is the most gracious and accommodating host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We stayed for the first handful of days of our honeymoon, which she wasn't aware of before we checked in, but I honestly would have thought she prepared the home with all these goodies specifically for us. She has truly thought of everything and it was such a sweet way to start our time in Croatia.

I recommend this accommodation 1000%, it is a real haven of peace, relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time, the hosts are super welcoming and warm, a place that I recommend again without hesitation!

It’s as good as it looks. My family will always treasure this trip. All of the little touches are well thought out and the view is insane. What a privilege. We saw a dolphin, we walked to the harbour for dinner and ice cream. We saw the Ancient Roman palace in split. The pool was lovely, beds comfy, everything was clean and worked perfectly. And Alex was an extremely thoughtful host. We texted often and I didn’t feel worried about asking her anything. It’s two Apartments, split length wise. There were 11 of us and it was just right. It’s an hour from split (depending on traffic) and there’s a great beach at Brela close by. We also liked Markaska. And Omis was good for lunch and a boat trip. The only thing to think about if you visit is where to buy food. There’s a little store walking distance, but if you want variety and more fresh food it’s better to go to one of the big stores near split or Kaufland in Markaska. Or so we found! Book this is you want to make memories!

We felt very comfortable in this apartment! You are alone on the large property, which is represented very well in the pictures! The area is beautiful, you can walk to the shore of the reservoir in 15 minutes. There's everything you could ever need. Valentina and her parents are in the best care of their guests. There was a big power outage all over the area and they brought us food and connected a generator so we don't sit in the dark! You would have to give 6 stars for this! Thank you!
