A lovely apartment on the first floor of the house. It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the street and the old town of Vrsar. There is free parking in front of the house, free WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Authentic house, old town of Vrsar

Fantastic old village charm. The location is really perfect, right behind the main old town square with a coup restaurants/taverns and bar. Vrsar is a quiet seaside village and is a much slower place compared to busy Rovinj. Easy walking down the paths to the various village beaches and harbor side areas. The sunset views are just a block away. During the season, Vrsar tourist board hosts fun and engaging entertainment activities, be sure to check out their website. We found the village to be very safe and a great launching point for exploring Istria and all its rustic charm. The house itself is very authentic feeling and a good mix of modern and rustic. We appreciated the screen on windows, fans, AC, cozy living space. Don’t use the top patio very often, but loved sitting out on the street interacting with folks exploring the village. We felt right at home and our hosts were awesome!

L'alloggio è situato nel centro dell'antico borgo e si presenta molto accogliente e pulito, in un contesto veramente tranquillo. Il tragitto dall'abitazione al porto e alle limitrofe spiagge è percorribile a piedi, anche se il tratto in salita, compiuto sotto al sole cocente è risultato essere un po' faticoso. La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile e gentile; nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva, che consigliamo.

We had a wonderful time in this stunning appartment at beautiful Vrsar! We were quite curious about what to expect because the pictures didn't reveal everything and were even happier about this pleasant surprise. We felt immediately like home - it's very spacious, clean, comfy and decorated with many lovely details. We spend 10 days during summer and the indoor temperature was quite good - especially with the AC in the bedroom. You can park right in front of the house next to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Vrsar is a small but beautiful city and the appartment is located quite central but still very private and calm. Rosana herself couldn't be a better host - always approachable, super friendly, warm and welcoming. We can't recommend her and her appartment enough!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!
