Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
