Ellyn’s place is perfect place for us .. close proximity to restaurants, S&R . My husband & I appreciate the space .. plus the pool is a nice add on. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Iloilo.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

I had a wonderful stay at HuboMoto’s place! The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to restaurants and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. They even left some thoughtful touches like free coffee. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Zenith’s for over two weeks, and all I can say is that it was one of the most stress-free airbnb space I have ever been! It had everything you could possibly need. The washing machine broke down before we came in and Zenith basically told us that she will have our clothes washed for us. Jhonabel was also very accommodating and very easy to ask questions to. The place itself was very well located with a lot of great restaurants basically walkable from the area. No complaints, highly recommended place!

Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. Thank you for making our family’s special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Great value for money. The unit is located in Building B, which is a big plus since I'm with my mom — it's much closer to the mall, making walking to and from more convenient.
